That is why he chose this town as the setting for his recent film production starring Dominican-American actor Hemky Madera, who has acted alongside actors Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Bill Murray, Harvey Kietel and Andy García, just to name a few.

It is the largest villa in the exclusive Guavaberry golf community with a 3-level house have almost 7,870 square feet (731.16 square meters) of construction distributed in multiple meeting, kitchen, dining, bar and bedroom spaces and a lot size of 32,334 square feet (3,003.94 square meters), space available for your recreation.

This villa has a capacity for events of 50 people and the comforts to stay for up to 16 people since it has fully furnished about 6 rooms each with its private bathroom and a total of 8 beds in them. It also has 2 half bathrooms in the common areas.

The property has a pool, hot tub (not heated), barbecue and gazebo!
