Deposit of $ 250 USD refundable on check out after inspection
An additional Cleaning fee of $ 50 USD applicable to ALL rentals
Dominican Pesos received at the rate to buy USD on day of payment
Special events, parties, birthdays, meetings etc. (16 plus people)
$ 1,500 USD per 24 hour period – $ 125 USD per hour for part days or preparation time

People Policy
There are 8 double beds, 16 people maximum plus a sofa bed for 3 – 4 kids
Cost per adult over 16 up to 20 people $ 50 USD per day
Cost per child under 12 years old $ 00.00 per day limit to 16 kids + 2 adults
If over 20 people the special event rate will be charged
BBQ area –
Large bags of charcoal available at around $ 10 USD a bag. Please contact Salomon to

Jacuzzi
Use of the Jacuzzi is included in the rental rate. We do have an optional heating system should you desire warmer water. The cost is $ 35 USD per use. Due to the high cost of gas in the country and that most people don’t choose this option we do not include in the daily rate. Water will stay warm 24 hours or so.
Cancelation policy
Cancel within 29 days of booking arrival 100 % penalty of rental fees
Cancel within 30 days of booking arrival 50 % penalty of rental fees
Cancel within 45 days of booking arrival 30 % penalty of rental fees
All other cancelations are subject to 10 % fee at discretion of Owner
Maid service $ 40 USD per day per person
General help, BBQ, run errands, prepare for events etc. $ 40 USD per person
Chef and cooks – we can try to assist not many people available
Taxis and rental cars we can provide contact numbers
